As Art Director at Elastic, I helped develop the announcement campaign for the Xbox Series S, exploring how the console's distinctive design could become the foundation for the visual storytelling itself.
The new hardware introduced a dramatically smaller form factor, and we became interested in treating its shape as a portal between worlds. Rather than simply showcasing the console, the campaign used the silhouette of the Xbox Series S as a framing device that could contain and connect multiple game universes within a single image.
These keyframes explored how environments, characters, and moments from different games could coexist inside the same composition, with the geometry of the console acting as both a window and a transition point between experiences. The final result was a series of visuals that transformed a piece of hardware into a gateway, allowing entire worlds to exist within the shape of the console itself.
