Far Cry 5 has long been one of my favorite game franchises, making it especially rewarding to contribute to the project across multiple studios, roles, and stages of development.

My involvement began at Elastic, where I served as Art Director and worked closely with the Ubisoft team to explore potential directions for the next Far Cry game. Together, we developed a series of images inspired by Americana, cult iconography, and rural gun culture, helping define the themes, tone, and visual identity that would ultimately make Montana feel like the natural setting for the franchise's next chapter.

A few years later, I joined the project again at Blur Studio, first as a concept artist and later as a matte painter. There, I helped develop imagery for the game's cinematic reveal trailer, including the burned remains of a church that served as the backdrop for one of the story's most memorable moments. I also created a large-scale Montana vista featured in the game's opening sequence, helping bring the beauty and scale of the setting to life.

Few projects have allowed me to participate in so many phases of the creative process. From early exploration and worldbuilding to cinematic storytelling and final imagery, Far Cry 5 is one of my favorite projects to have contributed to.
